38 days until I am Mrs. Miyoshi.....
So we secured our venue, Hyatt Regency in Downtown Tampa. It is beautiful, we are getting married in the garden. Definitely looking forward to those pictures! We have 38 more days and I feel like we still have so much to do. But I know it will all fall into place. Since my last post we decided to build our own home. It will be ready in January and we will most likely close in February. Chot and I are so excited and so are the kids, they will finally have their own rooms again. The house is amazing, it will have 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths totalling 3200+ square feet.
I am a little nervous though because we are going from 1600 sq ft to 3200 sq ft and I think our house will be empty and bare. But I have been picking things up here and there hoping to fill the gaps.
And then after the wedding is our honeymoon!! We are waiting a few weeks to take our honeymoon. We are actually traveling to Monterey,CA to attend a lifelong friends wedding. Funny thing, I have known Scott since I was like 9 years old & Chot has known him since middle school. But Chot and I never met until later on in life. Chot is a groomsmen in the wedding. I am really excited about seeing CA, I have never been there. And I hear Monterey is beautiful!! After Scott's wedding Chot and I are hopping on over to VEGAS. Ya buddy- we will be having the time of our lives in the city that never sleeps. I can't wait to experience the weather there in November. I am going to assume it is much better than the heat I have experienced in the Spring and Summer!
When in Vegas we will be staying at the hotel above, New York, New York! Nothing like visiting New York when you are in Vegas- 2 of my favorite places in one. Chot and I will be dining at the same restaurant my grandparents dined at for their anniversary one year when they visited Vegas. That is a super special moment! Unfortunately when Chot and I are on our honeymoon my cousin Krystal will be celebrating her wedding, she was just married on August 23rd to her Matty. We will miss it since we will be out of town. But she will be at my wedding and we can celebrate there together.
